In today\\\'s world, where pollution is at its peak and several health issues have become widespread, We all need to commit maintaining a healthier diet to live fit and healthy.
There are few small but achievable changes that we can make in our diets to live a hale and hearty life and they are:
Eat more fruits and green vegetables.
Avoid oily, junk foods with artificial substances.
Eat locally produced seasonal veggie everyday.
Dont eat more than your body needs, especially rich foods
Avoid animal proteins nd opt for plant-based ones for better wellness.
Always go for whole grains at least once a day.
Choose organically sources seafood instead of frozen items.
Keep your dairy product consumption at moderate level.
Avoid eating unnecessary food packaging
Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
